Colorado Springs Car Transport is a licensed and bonded broker and carrier. These Terms and Conditions are a part of any order and an agreement between Colorado Springs Car Transport (the Company) and the Client. The Company can reject or cancel any order with no further explanation.
The Company can change the Terms and Condition at any moment without notice.
The Client authorizes Colorado Springs Car Transport to arrange vehicle shipping from the Point of Origin to the Point of Destination specified in the order form.
Every transportation is door-to-door unless otherwise is stated in the order. If the location is not accessible for the car carrier, the Company will choose an alternative nearby location in agreement with the Client.
It is the Client’s responsibility to prepare the vehicle for the shipping. All the loose parts and accessories must be properly secured or removed. Any damage done by these accessories to the Client’s car or other cars on the carrier is not covered by the carrier’s insurance and is the Client’s responsibility.
The Client and the Company’s carrier inspect the vehicle on the subject of damage at the pick-up and delivery. The vehicle must be inspected thoroughly and all the damage must be noted in the Bill of Lading. When the Bill is signed at the delivery and no damage is noted, the carrier is not responsible for the vehicle anymore. All the claims must be filed at the moment of delivery and handed to the carrier in writing.
The Company’s carrier has $250,000 of cargo insurance and $1,000,000 of liability insurance and responsible for the Client’s vehicle for the time of shipping.
All the shipping dates are estimated.
The Client is responsible for the vehicles placed inside the vehicle. They are not covered by the carrier’s insurance.
Any rental fees are not the Company’s responsibility.
To place an order the Client pays a minimum of $100 as a deposit. The amount of the deposit depends on the make and model of the vehicle, as well as its condition.
The rest of the payment is paid to the carrier at the moment of delivery.
The cancellation is free until the last 24 hours before the estimated date of the pick-up.
